We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on initial purchases. If you're not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@survivaliq.com with:

• The email address associated with your account
• Your request for a refund

Refund Timeline

Once your refund is approved:

• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
• The refund will appear on your original payment method
• Your access to SurvivalIQ will be revoked upon refund processing

After the 7-Day Window

Refund requests made after the 7-day guarantee period are handled at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. We are under no obligation to issue refunds after the guarantee period has expired.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

• You retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made
• Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of the current billing period
