SurvivalIQ provides educational survival and emergency preparedness content, including articles, guides, quizzes, and an AI-powered advisor. All content is provided strictly for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes professional advice, medical guidance, emergency instructions, or official government recommendations. The Service is not a substitute for professional emergency services, certified training, medical advice, or official government guidance. You acknowledge that survival situations are inherently dangerous and unpredictable, and no educational content can fully prepare for every scenario.
SurvivalIQ offers paid subscription plans billed through Paddle (our payment processor). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the interval you selected (weekly, 4-week, or 12-week). Prices may change at any time; existing subscribers will be notified before any price change applies to their next billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Paddle account or by contacting support.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on initial purchases. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your initial purchase, contact us at support@survivaliq.com for a full refund. Refund requests after the 7-day period are at our sole discretion. See our Refund Policy for full details.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account. In an actual emergency, always contact professional emergency services (911 or your local equivalent) first.
The AI Advisor feature generates responses using artificial intelligence and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate information. AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating and acting on any information provided by the AI Advisor. We expressly disclaim all liability for any reliance placed on AI-generated content.
All content on SurvivalIQ, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, compilations, and the design and arrangement thereof, is the exclusive property of SurvivalIQ or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Some content is derived from U.S. government public domain sources and has been adapted for educational purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its content without our prior written consent.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SURVIVALIQ, ITS OPERATORS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO: (A) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONTENT, INFORMATION, OR RECOMMENDATIONS OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA; OR (D) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE. You expressly acknowledge and agree that any use of or reliance on survival, preparedness, or emergency information provided through the Service is entirely at your own risk. Survival situations involve inherent dangers that can result in serious injury or death regardless of preparation. We accept no responsibility for any outcomes resulting from the application of information obtained through the Service.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Service or these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without cause, and with or without notice, at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections regarding disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and assumption of risk shall survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
